We see active consideration for your neighbours as being key to living here, irrespective of whether you stay months, years or decades. Our leases set down legal rights and obligations and there are also regulations which are added from time to time to take account of communal priority changes. We hope that the Handbook will help to put some flesh on those rather dry bones.
